We arrive 1 hour before the desired meal time and stay approximately 2 hours for cooking. We do not provide the service; it is up to you to ensure this. The details of the organization and the order quantities will be determined no later than the Wednesday preceding the service. Prices are fixed and cannot be revised until the date of the service. Staff for preparing and baking the tarte flambées. To provide this service, we will need you to provide us with: 3 to 4 brasserie tables for preparing the tarts. A parking space near the oven and a 220 V 16 A grounded power outlet for connecting the refrigerated vehicle. You check whether the installation of the wood-fired oven is authorized.
